Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times (Domestic – US):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Digital Products: FlowGen and other digital products are delivered via email or download link immediately upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or customs holds. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at carolinafire33@gmail.com
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.
