Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
Eligible for return:
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
- Damaged in shipping
Not eligible:
- Opened or used electronics/accessories
- Digital products (Flow-Gen licenses, downloads)
- Items marked Final Sale
How to return: Email with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Approved returns receive a store credit or exchange. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Digital Products: All digital product sales (including FlowGen) are reviewed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed — please reach out before purchasing if you have questions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet fulfilled. Email [your email] with your order number to request a cancellation.
- Digital product cancellations are handled case-by-case — no guarantee of refund once access is granted
- Fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled — initiate a return instead
